FORD FIESTA CHAMPIONSHIP

Following a successful first year in 2011, James Appleby has re-signed with Daniels Motorsport to race a Class C Fiesta ST.  The British based Ford Fiesta Championship is organised by the BRSCC.  The cars run on slick Dunlop control tyres within four classes:

Class A consists of the mid-90s MK3 Fiesta Si’s, but with standard 1800cc 130ps Zetec engines out of the Fiesta RS1800 or Escort GTi.
Class B cars use a MK5 Fiesta Zetec-S bodyshell with a smaller 1400cc blacktop Zetec powerplant.
Class C will be for the brand new Fiesta ST which will run in group N style with the car being a near showroom class.
Class D will be for the brand new Fiesta Zetec S which will run in group N style with the car being a near showroom class.

CAR

James will be racing a Class C Fiesta ST.  The car will be fully prepared, set up and run by Daniels Motorsport, who have a superb track record in this championship.   We have a striking new colour scheme for 2012, designed to maximise TV coverage and stand out on track.
